HANK WILLIAMS

The Director of Learning Curve is Hank Williams. He has been a management development consultant since 1982. In 1987, he joined Huthwaite International to set up a management skills division. He left in 1991 to establish the Learning Curve network.

He has worked extensively as a training consultant and facilitator with companies such as ExxonMobil, Nortel Networks, Sun Microsystems, Cable & Wireless and Eagle Star.

He now works primarily as a mentor to senior managers in a wide range of organisations. He continues to manage key accounts and to develop the capability of the network to deliver high quality training and consultancy solutions.

He has written three books and four papers, which are described in more detail on the Publications section of this website.
